suite comfort hearty breakfast
the hotel has a great atmosphere, with staff who are great. our suite was appointed well and felt comfortable. the team ensured we never ran out of little extras we needed. the breakfast was hearty and perfect, it set us up nicely for the day.

the restaurant offers a tasting menu. it seemed like one of the best i have had in a while. the staff appears very knowledgeable about the menu and wines, they were very attentive too.

the hotel provides bedroom restocking each day, it kept the space feeling fresh and cared for. complimentary upgrades occur if rooms are available, this is so thoughtful. rooms include walk-in wardrobes for extra space.

the hotel grounds are very nice. the surrounding gardens have views to a golf course. the setting feel like an escape into the english countryside, serene and beautiful, it adds to the charm.

friendly service room upgrade nice touch
The staff were professional and friendly. I was upgraded to a better room for a special birthday. Flowers and chocolates from my family were in the room upon my arrival (such a nice touch!).

helpful staff excellent food best massage worn room dirty window
i booked a two-night stay, and the staff were wonderfully helpful. the massage i had at the spa was the best i've ever experienced!!! the food at the restaurant was also excellent.
when we arrived, the room felt somewhat worn. i noticed some mould on the curtains. the shower window also needed a more thorough cleaning.
